| Knowledgebase Login Name for Remote System Backup or Open File Copy When the login name for Remote System Backup or Open File Copy agents is specified in the agent properties, the name entered must be for a valid domain user. If an invalid name is entered, it currently is accepted by the system, but will not result in a valid agent configuration for Open File Manager. Subsequent reconfiguration of that agent will show a blank login name. Also, on NetWare systems, the login name may need to be configured in Open File Manager with distinguished or non-distinguished syntax, and with or without a leading dot. Note: Since all I/O for the user registered with the Remote System Backup or Open File Copy agent will be considered backup I/O, the user account should only be used for the purposes of backup and copy. Do not use the Administrator account or other commonly used accounts.
