Do not run Open File Manager during 'Restore' operations

It is recommended that Open File Manager be disabled when performing restores. This can be accomplished by disabling the System Component itself (NOTE: Refer to the section on stopping Open File Manager's System Component) or by disabling your specific backup agent(s) in Open File Manager's Properties, Agents tab.
