Failure to do the above may result in a STOP 0x7f. In one scenario, a Terminal Services connection to a node of a cluster caused the STOP. Open File Manager was not synced at the time. The MEMORY.DMP indicated NAV was under Open File Manager in the stack. "Under Open File Manager in the stack" means that a device tree display of the file system driver stack will show a Norton driver connected to the file-system first, before Open File Manager, for all volumes.
